Injection Molding workshop is equipped with more than 50 sets of imported injection machines of various tonnage, including 4 sets of dual-color machines of 360 tons, and other injection machines ranging from 128 tons to 1000 tons. In order to meet the market demand, our machines are controlled by computer system, mechanical arm object picking device, centralized transmission system, automatic feeding of dry materials and ultrasonic vibration device. We are proficient in PC injection molding, TPU injection molding and other materials, with a monthly production capacity of about 2 million sets.
